Adam Rosenthal is a senior electrical designer, founding member and principal of BTR Engineering, LLC, and currently is a director of Project Management with BW Design Group. Adam received his Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University in 2003.
Adam has over 21 years of experience in the design of electrical systems and project management for various types of commercial, high rise, mixed use, hospitality, infrastructure, manufacturing, industrial, and food a beverage projects, as well as gas and electric utility work. Adam decided to follow in the family tradition of being a business owner in 2017, founding BTR Engineering, LLC with his two partners Erika Bolger and John Thomas, which closed its doors to new business in 2022.
Adam believes in leading by example and continued growth through finding new and challenging projects. He also believes the best way to overcome the challenges on any project begin with the project team. The right team can overcome any obstacles - whether it stems from tight budgets, lack of information, time constraints, or any of the myriad of problems that cause projects to derail. The key to success at work and in life always tends to come down to the people.
When Adam isn't at his desk, you can find him spending time with friends and family, running trails, or working with his hands.
